Woomera AtlAtl

The 'Woomera' style atlatl, the iconic Australian spear thrower. My version is 24'' overall and made of a solid piece of clear birch. This atlatl is both accurate and powerful as well as attractive.

The handle has a fishtail base and a deerhide wrap for a comfortable grip and a stable throw, and the carved spur and dished body makes for quick and easy loading.
